| The staff at Burnett are always courteous. I was pleasantly surprised to get a message with a request for me to call for an update and a video of a concern they found during a routine oil change. It was helpful to understand what they were talking about when I called. They went out of their way to stay late to finish up the fix-it job that took longer than they expected. All around great service from trusted mechanics! |
